Terms and Conditions

  • A signed copy of any quotation must be received along with 50% deposit before any order can be processed.
  • Our Terms and Conditions apply to every sale, all prices exclude VAT.
  • Payment can be in the form of cheque, bankers draft or an electronic bank transfer.
  • If a signed copy of the quotation has not been received, by paying the deposit you are accepting this quotation and agree that all information within is correct.
  • The outstanding balance must be paid before delivery of goods by electronic bank transfer or personal cheque.
  • We are only able to accept cash on delivery.
  • We will be unable to hand over goods if full payment of the outstanding amount has not cleared our bank account before delivery, or unless payment is made on delivery in the form of cash.
  • We will endeavour to keep to the completion date initially quoted but we reserve the right to deliver at a later date in exceptional circumstances.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • All goods remain the property of Thorington Joinery Ltd until payment is made in full.
  • By accepting this quotation, you agree that no expenses will be claimed against Thorington Joinery Ltd for late delivery.

3 Year Guarantee

  • We will replace any of our products that fail due to faulty workmanship within a three-year period, providing that this failure is not due to the incorrect or unsound installation of the product(s). All our products are scrutinized before leaving the workshop and once they have passed a full inspection.
  • Paint finishes cannot be guaranteed due to the number of variables affecting durability and endurance.

A separate invoice will be raised for the deposit should you decide to accept this quote.
